Sony Still sucks

I’ve called sony 4 times now to try and get them to send one simple email so i can get my stereo fixed…. still no email. I’ve gived them my email address in phonetic format three times, and yet the email has failed to reach me. and now customer dis-service is closed.
BOYCOTT SONY PRODUCTS. Yeah, i said it. to hell with sony, in this economy, you can’t produce business profits by ignoring your customers and sending them 30 miles only to be told that they can’t work on your product there.
If you can’t get with the program, then i don’t want your products….and sony, i hope you’re reading this.
